Job Title
Responsibilities : Represent HR to our supervisors and their teams, partnering with managers and employees to ensure a phenomenal place to work. Establish relationships and support any performance and talent-based needs. Drive the talent management agenda with your client groups to include talent development and performance management. Co-own and drive action to strengthen employee experience. Lead and coordinate recruiting for local direct labor positions within your client groups. Educate and assist supervisors in the administration of the employee handbook policies. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications External / internal : Ability to work in a fast paced-high pressure environment. Demonstrated learning agility. Confident, self-starter Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred, Masters a plus. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
