U.S. Licensed Assistant General Counsel

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel - Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead global civil litigation portfolio, including high-stakes commercial, consumer, employment, IP, and securities litigation

Direct outside counsel and set strategy, budget expectations, and quality control for major litigation matters

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pre-litigation risk mitigation and provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in litigating financial services or technology matters

Admission to practice law in the US, UK, or Canada

Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to use the law to enhance the company's options
