About the Position :

As a vital member of our team, you will focus on the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems. Reporting to the General Maintenance Manager, you will follow established schedules to ensure our facilities and equipment are safe and functional. This role includes performing inspections, cleaning, and necessary repairs to guarantee optimal performance.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Assist in performing maintenance and repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  • Utilize various technical skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) to maintain facilities.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Document repair activities and utilize the work order management system.
  • Complete required training for safe operation of tools and equipment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights, including frequent ladder use.
  • Able to work comfortably in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record.
