Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer Tester

E-logic is looking for a Senior Software QA Tester to lead and apply a comprehensive knowledge base to the testing of mission-critical HR and Payroll systems for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC) Human Resources Directorate (HRD) . This role functions as a technical expert driving the success of QA across multiple projects.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and lead major testing assignments including developing comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies for high-visibility systems.
• Evaluate test performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior QA staff. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
