R&R Plumbing Services Inc. is hiring a CSR with a minimum of 3 years' experience. This role is ideal for someone who can manage high-volume calls, stays organized under pressure, is detail oriented, and thrives in a strong team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years CSR experience (required)
• ServiceTitan experience highly preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer communication
• Strong attention to detail (accurate notes, customer info, scheduling, etc.)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
• Must be available Sundays
