Operations Readiness Coordinator

A company is looking for an Operations Readiness Coordinator II who will support various teams within the Operations Readiness department.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Required Qualifications

2-4 years in business, process improvement, or related operational support roles

Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Lean Six Sigma and Yellow Belt certifications required

HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire

Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred
