Global Marketing Lead Healthtech & Wellbeing

Were hiring a Global Marketing Lead to accelerate growth across our Healthtech and Employee Wellbeing divisions. Based in our New York office (5 days in-office), youll define ICPs, run high-impact campaigns, and collaborate with Sales and Product to build a predictable, scalable pipeline. Youll work closely with the CEO and Co-Founder in New York as well as the wider leadership team, giving you significant opportunity for growth, impact, and visibility.
This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a commercially minded, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
Youre a strategic B2B marketer who blends creative storytelling with commercial rigour. You know how to build campaigns that move the needle from ICP definition and positioning to lead generation and sales enablement.
You bring :
Physitrack is scaling globally across Healthtech and Employee Wellbeing. We need a commercially minded, content-led marketing leader to fuel qualified demand and strengthen our brand presence in key markets.
Youll shape our go-to-market strategy across two strategic buyer groups :
Healthtech / Clinical buyers : EHR vendors, MSK providers, payers, IT teams
Employee Wellbeing buyers : HR leaders, benefits brokers, and enterprise buyers
What youll do :
Strategy & positioning :
Define ICPs, buyer committees, and value propositions for both verticals
Build segmentation, pain point analysis, and insight-led positioning
Demand generation :
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (search, paid social, ABM, events, brokers, etc.)
Leverage AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes
Continuously test, measure, and optimise campaign performance
Content & evidence :
Lead a full-funnel content engine : case studies, clinician-led webinars, ROI stories
Develop an evidence library supporting both acquisition and expansion
Sales & partner enablement :
Create sales decks, broker toolkits, battle cards, and objection-handling assets
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to co-build campaigns and enable conversion
Website & conversion optimisation :
Optimise landing pages and run A / B tests to improve conversion
Develop and test CRO hypotheses based on performance data
Analytics & performance :
Build and manage funnel dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, and Webflow
Track key performance metrics : CAC payback, content effectiveness, segment conversion
Partnership & co-marketing :
Collaborate with EHRs, insurers, and brokers on co-branded campaigns
Coordinate joint webinars, guides, and case studies
Brand & thought leadership :
Elevate our positioning as a thought leader in preventative health and wellbeing
Ensure messaging is inclusive, evidence-based, and compliant
Bonus points :
Experience with NHS, private payers, or clinical procurement
Understanding of broker channels or benefits consultants
Experience with embedded UI / API or EHR integrations
Skilled in webinar production or event marketing
Experience marketing multiple products or business lines
Tools youll use : HubSpot, Salesforce
GA4, Webflow, heatmapping and analytics tools
LinkedIn Campaign Manager, paid media platforms, ABM and intent tools
Webinar tools (Zoom, Demio, etc.)
