IntePros is looking for a BI Engineer to work a hybrid 3 days a week in-office work schedule located in either Detroit, MI or Nashville, TN. This is an exciting role that will be a part of a workforce staffing team preforming a deep dive into the data to explain trends and behaviors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain BI solutions delivered on the AWS platform supporting a large warehouse hiring companies on Earth.
• formulating, deep diving, solving business problems using Data Warehouse on AWS
• Presenting relevant actionable insights to business leaders.

What are the top MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) required?

• 2+ years working with large scale complex datasets
• Expert working knowledge of SQL
• Background in programming and basic statistics – academic or professional

What are the top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?

• Bachelor's degree in Math/statistics, computer science, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data visualization experience.
