HR Data Entry Specialist | Foster City, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an organization in Foster City to identify a reliable and detail-focused HR Data Entry Specialist for a temporary onsite assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work, thrives in a task-driven environment, and is comfortable supporting HR operations through accurate data entry and file management.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Contract Length: 10 Weeks

Schedule: Full-Time | 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday

Work Model: 100% Onsite

The HR Data Entry Specialist will support the HR team by transferring employee data and documentation into ADP. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to stay focused while handling repetitive administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work independently while meeting daily productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume HR data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Transfer employee files and records into the ADP system
• Maintain organized digital documentation and ensure data integrity
• Support HR operations with administrative processing and file management
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
• Assist with additional clerical HR tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, HR support, or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with repetitive tasks
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a structured environment
• Familiarity with HR systems or ADP is a plus (training may be provided)
• Strong reliability and ability to work onsite full-time

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
