A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and improve internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and resolve technical support tickets for the Client Research Services (CRS) team
Refine and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks for CRS and Engineering
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to advocate for scalable solutions and internal tooling improvements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role
Familiarity with modern software tools and databases, with MongoDB experience being a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple issues simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn from cross-functional teams
Ability to synthesize information and improve documentation over time
