Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and make sound lending decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local market trends and economic conditions affecting commercial lending. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's Degree

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join our dynamic team in Wichita, KS. As a key player in our lending department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while providing tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze loan applications, financial statements, and credit reports to determine creditworthiness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure loan proposals and negotiate terms that align with both client and company objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and economic factors that impact lending practices.
- Prepare and present loan recommendations to the credit committee for approval.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the lending process.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the bank and identify potential clients.
