Guide members through EMS sessions, offering encouragement and feedback while tailoring workouts to their goals. Document progress and personalize member programs. Administer InBody evaluations to track results. Prepare and maintain EMS suits, equipment, and the studio. Deliver exceptional service to encourage member referrals. Obtain and maintain EMS certification (provided at no cost). Perform essential tasks like standing, walking, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs during studio operations or workout demonstrations. Passion for fitness and helping others. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual. Willing to work some weekends and non-major holidays.
