What You'll Be Doing :

As our Accounts Payable Specialist , your mission will be to ensure every invoice, every payment, and every transaction is spot-on. You'll work with vendors, internal teams, and systems to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks. It's a role for someone who thrives on accuracy, ownership, and efficiency.

Accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices

Manage and reconcile accounts payable records

Prepare and execute payments (check runs, ACH, wire transfers)

Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Maintain up-to-date vendor profiles and W-9s

Support audits and month-end close processes

Spot process improvements and help us get even better

What We're Looking For :

Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist (or in a similar finance role)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

A team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
