Experience : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; clean malpractice and licensing history

License : Active New York License (or willingness to obtain)

Certifications : DEA, ACLS

Must-Have :

Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC)

Willingness to work full-time with a 4- or 5-day schedule

Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups

Description :

Join an established and patient-centered outpatient practice.

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.

Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team.

Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact.

Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage.

Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months.

Collaborate with advanced practice providers, with potential for increased compensation.

Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and nurse practitioner / student physician assistant students.

Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records.

See an average of 18 to 24 patients per day.

Optional opportunities are available in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles.

Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure.
