• Daytime hours 8 am - 5 pm
• 30 patients per day per provider
• Outpatient setting
• EMR : Athena
• 1 year advanced practice experience required
• Pulmonology background preferred with sleep medicine, COPD, and asthma
• No procedures performed referrals to hospital outpatient
• Board certification required
