Civil Engineer (Land Development)

Location : Concord, NC (collaborative, small office)

Compensation : $100K-$120K base + biannual bonuses + shareholder potential

Schedule : Full-time, in-office

About the Role

We're seeking a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to lead and design land development projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with survey and geotech teams. This is a great fit for someone who's team-oriented, personable, and thrives in a mid-sized, hands-on environment focused on quality work and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Design and permit civil engineering projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Excel
  • Review plans from Engineers-in-Training and interns
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project needs
  • Participate in community meetings and help market services

What You'll Bring

  • Active PE license (required)
  • Land development experience preferred
