Key Responsibilities
Deliver proactive coaching and strategic support to service departments
Build long-term relationships with dealer clients and provide training and performance analysis
Train leadership teams on effective use of software tools to track performance and identify revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with service manager experience preferred
Deep understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven insights presentation
Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
