Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for sales and customer service A drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving sales Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred. SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED Proficient in computer software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite shop management software like Tekmetric). Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (may be required).

Uncapped Earning Potential : The more you sell the more you earn. Our high-volume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $130K annually.
