Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Account Manager to help our clients build their perfect travel plans. In this role, you will guide travelers through exclusive resort promotions, itinerary planning, and booking arrangements, ensuring every trip is a first-class experience. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional service, expert travel recommendations, and seamless coordination from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main travel advisor for clients, helping them plan unforgettable luxury vacations.
• Provide expert recommendations on resort promotions, destinations, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Personalize itineraries based on client preferences, interests, and budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with resort partners to ensure VIP guests receive exclusive perks.
• Deliver top-tier customer service, answering questions and resolving any travel concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal deals, and new resort offerings.
• Keep detailed client records, including past bookings and preferences, to offer customized future recommendations.
• Proactively follow up with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in travel planning, account management, concierge services, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Bahamas resorts and luxury travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with travel booking platforms and CRM software is a plus.
