A company is looking for a Complex Property Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Verify facts of loss, analyze coverage, and adjust claims by collecting and reviewing all loss-related information

Contact insureds to schedule property inspections and provide updates throughout the claims process

Apply advanced negotiation skills to resolve disputes, attend mediations, and mentor less experienced adjusters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance with knowledge of Florida insurance regulations

Maintain a Florida 6-20 / 7-20 License and ability to obtain additional state licenses within 90 days of hire

Proficient in Microsoft programs
