LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near Mesa who is in search of an AP clerk to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $21 / hr-$23 / hr.

This is a fully onsite position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative office environment and enjoys working with numbers and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Maintain accurate and organized AP files and records.
• Assist with month-end closing and audit support as needed.
