Trade Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Trade Operations Specialist to join their team in the Capital Markets / Trade Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end processing, settlement, and reconciliation of trades across multiple asset classes

Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirm trade details with counterparties, and resolve discrepancies

Collaborate with trading, risk, finance, and compliance teams to deliver seamless operational support

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

Prior experience in Financial Services, specifically within OTC Emerging Markets and Rates Derivatives

Knowledge of trade operations, middle office, or settlements (buy-side or sell-side)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trade systems such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, or Aladdin
