As a Security Officer - Resort Patrols Part-Time in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your visible presence and attention to detail will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming environment for all occupants.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to support a secure and customer-focused environment.
  • Remain alert to surroundings and communicate any concerns or observations promptly to Allied Universal management and / or site contacts.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
