Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled and proactive Chief Engineer to oversee all maintenance and engineering operations for our brand-new 20-room boutique hotel with a pool. As the sole maintenance lead, you will be hands-on in ensuring the property operates at peak condition, from guest rooms and common areas to mechanical systems and pool facilities. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a small-team environment and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities :

Property Maintenance

• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, pool, and back-of-house spaces.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Keep pool facilities clean, safe, and compliant with health codes, including chemical balancing.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and minimal disruption.
