Job Description & Requirements

Shift : 10hr Days

Shift time : Variable start times as early as 6am (stay late if needed to finish cases)

Float Requirements : To Sister Facilities as needed - within a 60 mile radius

On Call / Call Back Requirements : None

ALL Required Licenses and Certifications : WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS

Minimum Experience : 3 years REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years OR experience REQUIRED. Must have experience with Ortho-Spine and Neuro REQUIRED.

EPIC Charting Experience : Epic Required

Desired Specific Skillset for an ideal candidate : Mod Sedate and Neuro.

Unit Overview : The center offers services to meet every care need, including evaluation, diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation and pain management.

Current Patient Ratio : 1 : 1

Primary Case / Procedure Types : Ortho-Spine / Pain / Neuro
