Key Responsibilities
Provide executive coaching and support organizational development and succession planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy aligned with company goals
Oversee employee relations and HR operations while ensuring compliance and risk management
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR / People leadership experience, ideally in regulated industries
Proven success in scaling teams from approximately 50 to over 200 employees
Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and QMS environments
Ability to operate strategically while being hands-on when necessary
Passion for startups and expertise in helping them grow
