Description : RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Order processing
- Order Management
- Customer Imports
- Familiarize customers with our standard product offering when they call / web-inquiry
- Work with team on quoting and customer follow-up when needed.
- Generate daily, weekly and / or monthly reporting requirements for company and / or customer
- Daily review of production reports
- Filling out necessary paperwork and / or documentation to obtain freight quotes, freight claims, free freight approval, special invoicing requests, customer comments / issues, customer product quotes, RGA database, project request forms, item code set-up, credit card forms, blanket order approval, hold list review, sample requests, and rush request.
