Otolaryngologist Physician – Dignity Health

Mercy Medical Group (MMG) seeks a BC / BE Otolaryngologist to join our multi‑specialty practice in Carmichael, California. This shareholder track opportunity offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including bonus potential and a desirable retirement plan.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

As an Otolaryngologist with MMG, you will provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to patients within the Dignity Health Medical Foundation network. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of primary and specialty providers, and you may have the opportunity to serve as a shareholder in the practice.

Compensation

Salary range : $464,000 – $491,000 per year. (Hourly equivalent : $223.09 – $236.21)

Job Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited school
  • Completion of residency in Otolaryngology
  • BE / BC California medical license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
  • Dedication to providing high‑quality patient care
