A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Originator and / or Mortgage Sales Leader (Experienced).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor high-performing mortgage sales teams

Manage retail residential mortgage sales operations

Originate loans and develop client relationships in various lending environments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 3 years of recent leadership experience in mortgage sales for leadership roles

At least 2 years of recent retail residential mortgage origination experience for non-leadership roles

Experience with federally chartered banks or independent mortgage banks preferred

Ability to work in various lending environments, including remote and hybrid options

Strong understanding of mortgage products and market dynamics
