Open until filled POSITION TITLE : Student Behavioral Support Aide (1 YR ONLY)

SCHOOL : Ivy Drive School

Role Summary : Seeking a non-certified individual to support students' social-emotional learning, helping prevent disruptions to learning and promoting positive attendance. This role works under the direction of a certified educator, school counselor, or school psychologist.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support students' social-emotional learning and behavior management
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce SEL strategies
  • Follow guidance from certified educators, school counselors, or psychologists
  • Monitor student progress and communicate observations to supervising staff

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with students preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement guidance and support student growth in social-emotional areas

    • RATE : $18.18 / hr

    HOURS : 6.5 Hours Per Day

    9 : 00am to 3 : 30pm

    DATE OF SERVICE : As soon as possible
