SQA Services is a leading Supply Chain and Quality Assurance consulting firm specializing in the management of Supplier Audit, Quality Engineering, Inspection, and Remediation programs in the Aerospace / Defense, Semiconductor, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, and Automotive manufacturing industries. Clients leverage our network of quality professionals in more than 50 countries as an extension of their own supplier quality teams.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector Mechanical to ensure that final products meet drawing requirements and specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting damage or nonconformance issues and conducting thorough investigations.

Schedule : Full-Time, 1st shift : 7am-3 : 30 PM

Must have flexibility to work OT and some weekends

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring that final products meet drawing requirements and specifications through thorough inspection processes.
• Identify and document any damage or nonconformance issues and conduct investigations into these discrepancies.
• In-process and final inspections of sheet metal final assembly installations on aircraft components such as fuselage, wings, and tail assemblies.
• Maintain accurate inspection logs, write detailed inspection reports, and handle a variety of moderately complex tasks.
• Frequent collaboration with individuals from other departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
