Dodge Sales Operations and Governance Manager

The Dodge Sales Operations & Governance Manager requires a self-motivated, energetic, result driven individual who is passionate about the Dodge brand and the automotive industry. This position will be primarily focused on leading Dodge supply chain planning and supporting Dodge Sales Operations leadership for governance meetings. In this role the individual will take the lead in several key areas including but not limited to the following :

SCM Production, Mix Optimization & Order Allocation Planning :

• Lead coordination with SCM Demand Planning and Order Management for Dodge monthly S&D, Mix Risk & Order Allocation processes
• Identify opportunities to grow Dodge brand overall profitability; optimizing production and sales mix; Identify risks and opportunities to forecasts while providing options
• Cross functional coordination with Sales Operations & Product Nameplate managers

Governance Support :

The person who fills this position must collaborate and influence cross-functionally, across peer groups, and be passionate about finding ways to drive results for the Dodge brand.
