We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of seven years of construction superintendent experience, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Subcontractor Management : Supervise and evaluate subcontractors, addressing performance issues promptly.
• Project Scheduling : Maintain and update project schedules using Smartsheet or similar software.
• Budget Adherence : Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, implement corrective actions, and manage RFIs to stay within budget.
• Project Goals : Enforce safety standards, coordinate with staff and subcontractors, resolve issues, and assist with change orders to achieve project objectives.
• Safety Compliance : Create and maintain a safe work environment by following legal regulations, conducting weekly safety meetings, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on emerging construction practices and standards to continuously improve job performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Procore, and Smartsheet.

Strong understanding of all construction phases from grading to interior finishes.
