Required Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience as a Management Analyst specializing in manpower
Expertise in manpower analysis and organizational assessments
Strong knowledge of federal classification regulations
Ability to develop strategies for manpower optimization
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
