[job_card.job_description]Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring all procedures are followed with precision. Communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team effectively. Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Assist in discharge planning and ensure patient needs are met. Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Valid Florida RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS certification needed within six months of hire. Minimum of one year in acute care experience is essential; experience in an Interventional Cath Lab or critical care is preferred.
