Receptionist Position

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join a team-oriented law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. In this contract position, you will serve as the welcoming face of the firm, ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly experience for all visitors and staff. Responsibilities :

Greet attorneys, staff, and visitors with a warm and attentive demeanor.

Manage incoming calls efficiently using a multi-line switchboard system.

Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area to uphold the firm's standards.

Assist with administrative tasks, including document handling and correspondence.

Coordinate schedules and appointments as needed to support the team.

Provide information about local geography and directions to visitors when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to support office events and activities.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and manage documents and communications.

Ensure confidentiality and a high standard of conduct in all interactions and tasks.

Requirements :

Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles within a detail-oriented environment.

Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse groups.

Ability to maintain a detail-oriented appearance and demeanor.

Familiarity with the Vinings area or nearby locations is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
