Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Create, edit, and distribute high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, engaging with followers and monitoring trends.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and public relations campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
