    • What We Require :

  • DDS / DMD degree and active, unrestricted dental license in Alabama.
  • Strong clinical skills to perform comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health concerns.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development to meet patient needs.
  • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance providers.
  • A strong dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Capability to perform essential duties effectively with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Endurance for prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when needed.
  • Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
  • A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office roles as part of our commitment to health and safety.
