RN Nurse Manager – Med Surg Neuro

Location : Atlantis, FL

Status : Full time

Schedule : Days

  • No Weekends

Lead a high-performing Med Surg Neuro unit in beautiful Palm Beach County — minutes to beaches, dining, shopping, and year-round sunshine. This is a high-visibility nurse leader role that guides clinical operations, elevates patient outcomes, empowers front-line RN teams, and partners with senior nursing leadership to advance quality and excellence.

About This Leadership Role

The Nurse Manager provides 24 / 7 accountability for Med Surg Neuro operations, staffing, quality, throughput, patient experience, professional development, and evidence-based practice execution. You will lead, mentor, and grow clinical talent, drive continuous improvement, strengthen inter-professional alignment, and model a culture of excellence.

This role is supported — CNCs on the unit assist with leadership duties.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operational & clinical oversight for Med Surg Neuro service line
  • Staffing / scheduling / productivity management
  • Drive quality, safety, patient satisfaction, throughput
  • Support evidence-based practice & best-in-class clinical standards
  • Build strong team culture & retention
  • Coach & develop RNs, CNs, and future leaders
  • Facilitate relationship alignment with hospital leadership & providers

    • Required Qualifications

  • RN license (FL or Compact)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • BLS required (or within 30 days of hire)
  • ACLS required (or within 30 days of hire)
  • MUST have 2+ years of Charge Nurse / CNC / Nurse Manager leadership experience in an acute care hospital
