P&C Licensed Inside Sales Manager

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow their Agency Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the Agency Sales team to achieve sales and efficiency targets

Drive revenue growth through disciplined sales management and data-driven performance management

Direct all Agency Sales Center processes and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent is required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred

5+ years of management experience, including 2 years in inside sales or call center leadership

Strong understanding of Agency Sales Center Operations and performance management

Active P&C Producers insurance license required
