We’re looking for a

Social Media Coordinator

to join our marketing team and help bring our brands to life across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. If you’re obsessed with beauty trends, social storytelling, and building community, this role is for you.

Day to day responsibilities and qualifications follow.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Social Media Coordinator. The Social Media Coordinator will manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers across multiple platforms. Responsibilities also include analyzing performance metrics, staying updated with trends, collaborating with marketing teams, and creating innovative strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Day to Day

Create and help execute daily TikTok + IG content that’s playful, aesthetic, and thumb‑stopping.

Coordinate photo and video shoots, UGC content, and influencer submissions.

Work with creators and UGC talent (and sometimes be on‑camera if you’re up for it).

Manage posting schedules and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Track and report on engagement metrics, trends, and campaign performance.

Engage with our communities by responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content.

Stay ahead of social trends and brainstorm creative content ideas to keep our brands viral‑ready.

Collaborate with sales, design, and email teams to align content with marketing campaigns.

Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer, or marketing coordination (beauty or lifestyle preferred).

Experience with Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and managing multiple platforms.

Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content strategies and analytics.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a strong eye for aesthetics.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and pop culture moments.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on‑site environment.

Compensation

$22–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
