Data Onboarding Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data onboarding for new clients and complex expansions

Manage and mentor a team of Data Acquisition Coordinators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of project management or implementation experience, preferably in healthcare or data services

More than 2 years in a leadership role, managing or mentoring teams

Strong understanding of data onboarding workflows and file exchange processes

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Willingness to obtain a Project Management certification within 6 months of hire if not already held
