Responsibilities

Lead PP&C Analyst forUOP LLC (Rosemont IL)

RESPONSIBILITES :

• Lead the development of program plans ensure cost and schedule integration and estimate at completion management on critical new and large complex programs across multiple sites.
• Lead development of cost and schedule baselines.
• Prepare and publish metrics and reports.
• Analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic cross functional initiatives supported in PCO.
• Request mentoring and leadership skills for development of team members.
• Maintain project cost and schedule tools used by project managers to accurately measure forecast and track project-related work.
• Take lead in producing and maintaining project schedules and associated deliverables and progress S curves.
• Single point of interface between internal and external stakeholders on project metrics cost risk / contingency management progress / productivity measurements cashflow etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of earned value data and process compliance on assigned project portfolio.
• Work with Project Managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders and maintains the change log.
• Works with Business Management (Program Managers Directors and Finance management) to report both project and program forecasts and risks mitigation actions.
• Initiate accurate and timely project invoicing to associated customers.
• Manage the unbilled receivable and payable balances on assigned projects.
• Contribute and oversee coordination of monthly project status reports to customers.
• Actively participate in project review meetings and provide clear accurate project assessments & gives proactive advice to drive successful project completion.
• Track and analyze project threats and opportunities develop project contingency budgets and maintains run down curves for cost risk assessment.
