The Role
The Associate Counsel role for LifeRTC is a generalist in-house role with a wide range of responsibilities : contracting, regulatory compliance support under the Advisers Act and 1940 Investment Company Act, among others, corporate governance, and international coordination. The workload is varied and driven by business priorities. The attorney must be comfortable shifting between subject areas and taking on unfamiliar issues to develop expertise.

Location
Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Chicago, IL on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $120,635 - $199,065. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
