Road Ranger, a multi-state Travel Center company, is seeking to add hardworking and skilled Store Standards Maintenance Technician to the growing Operations Department in the field!

Position Summary :

Working under the supervision of the Director of Store Standards, this Maintenance Team Memberwill be primarily responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks on-site at the Company’s retail locations.
Travel and overnight stays are required for this position.
The position allows for up to 50 hours per week.
All hours in a week over 50 must be approved by your supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for pressure washing locations fueling lanes and sidewalks as scheduled throughout the calendar year Interior & Exterior painting of assigned locations Line striping Communicate any concerns or issues with the Director of Store Standards from visits Other general duties as assigned by the Operations Team Education & Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year prior experience providing customer service or equivalent Other Qualifications : Highly professional and ethical with strong morals and integrity Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, or electronically Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure prioritize and handle multiple competing tasks and demands simultaneously Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions under pressure Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other staff members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization Benefits : We offer our employee a wide variety of competitive benefits to support their health and wellness, such as : Health, Dental, & Vision Insurances Weekly Pay 401(k) with up to 4% company match Bonus Compensation Potential Company Gas Card & Car Allowance Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program Accident, Critical Illness, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurances Join the Road Ranger family and see how far your drive can take you!
