Required Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in partnerships, creator strategy, or business development
Proficient in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Strong understanding of revenue generation for creators and brands
Ability to balance relationship-building with commercial objectives
Proactive and comfortable with outbound outreach and potential rejection
