Sleep Language Pathologist

Diagnoses and treats communication disorders, including speech, language, fluency, and swallowing issues. Works with patients across all ages and develops customized treatment and therapy plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities.Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct evaluations using standardized tests, observations, and clinical tools.2. Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals.3. Treat speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.4. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home programs.5. Document progress, reassess therapy goals, and modify plans as needed.6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational and physical therapists, and educators.7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, facility protocols, and professional standards.
