Your Role
The Outdoor Recovery Associate is vital in managing outdoor merchandising projects and providing top-notch customer service. You will assist customers with loading their purchases, maintaining the store's exterior, and ensuring an inviting atmosphere.

• Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles and gather signatures for load out tickets.
• Perform loading operations ensuring safety and a seamless experience.
• Maintain the outdoor merchandising area according to our guidelines for a consistent shopper experience.
• Ensure accurate pricing and cleanliness of the store's exterior.
• Zone and organize outdoor merchandise areas during available moments.
• Utilize standard office equipment and retail tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous learning opportunities.
• Deliver friendly and professional support to both internal and external customers.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 30-50 pounds regularly. Familiarity with ladders, pallet jacks, and forklifts is required.
