Your Role at a Glance :

As a Manager-in-Training, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations while preparing for long-term success in a leadership role. You'll learn how to run a high-performing salon, lead a sales-focused team, and provide the exceptional customer experience that keeps our clients coming back.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations and ensure a clean, welcoming, and energized salon environment.

Hire, train, and mentor a motivated team, creating a positive and productive culture.

Drive sales through personalized customer engagement, product education, and membership growth strategies.

Manage performance goals, daily reporting, and financial procedures with precision.

Represent Palm Beach Tan in the community and contribute to local marketing and outreach efforts.

What You Bring to the Team :

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (especially in retail or sales environments).

A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to inspire others.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Excellent organizational skills, with confidence managing cash flow, scheduling, and daily operations.

A love for the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a strong plus.
