BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced RegisteredNurse RN for a per diem weekend position to join our Denver North Visits office and work with adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis.

Prior home health and OASIS experience required for this position.
Must be available to complete one full week of onsite orientation (Monday-Friday).

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :

Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings.

Performing assigned duties including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures and comfort care.

Monitoring clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.

Following up with executing and properly documenting doctors orders.

Performing client assessments as necessary.

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) :

A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado .

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Additional Information :

Pay : $60-65 per productivity point based on experience.

Mileage reimbursement
